Jaiden woke up early around 5AM. I just ignored him and continued my sleep though half awake. I don't know if he was able to went back to sleep but I was just awaken around six by Jaiden's voice about to cry. Since the sun was up, we did our morning routine. With him in my arms, I walked twice around the block. After that, I brought back Jaiden to our room hoping he would go back to sleep as he sometimes does. Good enough, Jaiden fell back to sleep. So I seized the moment.
I went downstairs, got a mug of Ovaltine to sustain me in what I was planning to do. I located the Body Jam cd, and there it was. I played it, while sipping my hot chocolate. Then I decided to do it right there and then. I just took half of the mug and headed back upstairs and dressed up my work out outfit.
I did my own warm up. I didn't like to suffer the same injury I had when I jogged in Cebu City Sports Center. Then I did it. I started a little bit awkward but it didn't take me long to follow the instructor since the steps are just easy. The program finished for thirty minutes but I felt not contented. So I started again another aerobics session. Hence, I was able to do it for an hour just in time for Jaiden's waking up again (good for the day).
Wheeww!!! I felt great since doing it means my plans has just initially materialized. I hopefully will be doing another aerobics and do it at least twice a week. Wish me luck for the second time !!!! ^_^
